How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access from day one. No credit card required to start. When the trial ends, enter your card to keep your full access. If you don't, your account pauses — your contacts and context stay safe and you can come back any time.
Can I share my Connector license with my team or co-founder?
Each Connector license is for one person and one workspace. If you want shared access across a team, get in touch. We'd love to talk through what you need.
How does Goodword handle my data?
Your data is used exclusively to power features within your own account. It is never sold or shared with third parties. If you have specific questions about privacy, reach out to support@goodword.com.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel from your account settings any time. Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
Your data is maintained after you cancel your subscription, so you can pick back up if you change your mind. When you want to remove it permanently, you can delete your account from your settings at any time.
